Shipping Policy
The Driftwood Haus offers fair shipping rates based on what we are quoted by the deliverers.
Shipping your items safely and on time is very important to us. We partner with multiple agencies to ship the many products offered for sale on our website. We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates and ship your items on time. That said, the estimated delivery dates provided are estimates and never guaranteed. They take into account many factors, including item availability, location, and shipping destination.
To provide you with the best value, we source our merchandise a number of different ways. We stock some items up front, but other times make custom orders, which can take up to 6 weeks. Please know, it is worth the wait!
We promise a 15-business-day shipping window on all items marked "in stock" at time of purchase. Once a product has shipped, time to delivery may range from 1 to 10 business days depending on carrier, and final delivery destination. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. The Driftwood Haus is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order. If an item you have ordered changes to back order status, you will be notified, via email, and will have the option to cancel the order, or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Freight Policy
For items shipped via freight, the customer MUST inspect the item(s) thoroughly before accepting and giving a signature to the driver. Once the customer has signed, we are not responsible for damage occurring after. If damages are identified, please take photos and contact us ASAP.
Any fees accrued due to the delay of a shipment on behalf of the customer will be at the customer's expense. Any bills we receive of this nature will be invoiced to the customer.
